District 14-24 Team Leader
Kirsty serves as the District 14–24 Team Leader for Maidstone West Scouts, a role focused on supporting all volunteers working with the Explorer (including Young Leaders) and Network Sections. Kirsty’s primary responsibility is to help Section Teams plan and deliver engaging, high-quality programmes that provide young people aged 14–24 with adventure, challenge, and personal development opportunities.
This position involves working closely with Section Leaders and District teams to coordinate support, share best practices, and ensure that every young person has access to an exciting and inclusive programme.
As the Team Leader, Kirsty manages the District’s 14–24 Team, guiding and coordinating their efforts across the District, and ensuring they have the resources and encouragement they need to help leaders deliver great Scouting experiences.

The 14–24 Team supports all volunteers working with the Explorer (including Young Leaders) and Network sections. They work alongside Section teams to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging programmes for young people across the District, ensuring consistency, support, and opportunities for growth
